Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.


Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded—sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us at contact@gensuva.com.


To return your product, please send it to: 24 rue du 124e RI, 53000 Laval, France. You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returns valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
